All in all, a good place to rent. However, when you move out dont expect to get the full deposit back! When we moved out, we cleaned from top to bottom, for 12 hours! We cleaned everthing, touch up painting, you name it, we did it. The cleaning company that the apartments contracted said that they spent four hours cleaning after we have finished. Their charges were unfounded! The mananger could not provide me immedialtly with a detailed listing on what they cleaned. After voicing my frustratiion, I was mailed a list of what they have claimed to clean. There were numerous items that were listed that I know for a fact that me and my wife cleaned. When I asked for the company's name and number to dispute there claims, I was refused. Other than this, I thought that it was a good place for the money.
