When we first looked into this apartment complex it seemed like a great place to live. Good price and nice managers. They promised first months rent would be free with a 12 month lease so we got all set to move in. After all of our things were packed and being shipped here we sat down to sign our 12 month lease and they told us that was a special for the last month and since we were moving in on the first of the next month it would not apply. We had no choice but to move in anyway, where else would we go at last minute? Since we moved in they have called us saying we owe money here and there, then calling back to say they were wrong we don't owe anymore money... blah-blah-blah.. The neighbors are loud and inconciderate, the parking is a complete mess. People park in other peoples assiegned spots and the managment does nothing. We've had things fall apart in our house and it took them over 2 weeks to fix it, then it was fixed wrong. They are two very young girls that do not know what they are doing. I would seriously look into another place before moving into these apartments.
