Dont Do It!!

The Laurels isn't bad for the price, but that is about to change. Full construction is coming. New lights , new roofs, and new paint all on the outside. That means BIG rental price increase. Thats like putting perfume on a turd. How about make some upgrade inside?? What ever you do DONT do it!
