While I'm sure many of the apartments do not have mold problems, many of them do. The tip off should have been when we signed the lease and had to sign a clause stating that mold was the renter's problem and not the apartment manager's. The mold was so bad during the winter (our apartment is near some birch trees) we were both ill the entire time. Do your self a favor and move on down the road to another apartment complex not in the center of Mill Creek with the same priced rent. I won't even go into all of the horrors involved in their "remodel".
