Apartment Review for Heatherwood Apartments

I would have been pleased with these apartments had I not heard parties all nite. THE MANAGEMENT ISN'T THE GREATEST. THE MANAGER NEEDS TO WORK ON HER PEOPLE SKILLS. THE ASSISTANT MANAGER TOO. The apartments are not worth the amounts that are being caharged for them. It is very understandable when you have to answer to someone else (BOSS). THINGS HAPPEN AND PEOPLE CAN'T CONTROLL WHEN AND WHERE. THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND THAT HERE. <P>
