Apartment Review for Heatherwood Apartments

Dog crap everywhere outside and in the building on the carpet occasionally, a whole parking space just for the various store shopping carts here, urine & spit in elevator, no light outdoors for right outside the "security building". Huge water damage to twelve apartments for management not keeping heat on in vacant apartment on 5th floor during a freeze spell. Didn't help tenants much with moving either after that happened. <P>
