Review for Heatherwood Apartments

To say the least, this place is a nightmare. To start off with upon examining my apartment, I found numerous spots of damages, or poor craftsmanship. No self cleaning oven, nasty coils on the back of the refridgerator, damage to the walls including missing paints, badly patched spots, and terrible trim. The sinks leak badly, the carpet was burned in spots, and the stove was gross underneath. Plus the dryer vent hose was not attached leaving nasty reside everywhere.
For residents many look like convicted felons, juvenile delinquents, or poor smoking white trash. Constantly bothering you for food items, or help. My neighbor has had the cops to her door three times in four months for her boyfriend beating her up. Parking is ridicious with trash all over, and theft and damage to vehicles common. The trash dumpster is overflowing, and nasty. And last of all the tenants are loud, and retarding. Just say no!!! The Rent is cheap but avoid at all costs.
