Apartment Review for The Reserve At Town Center

This has been the worst renting experience of my 20 year rental history. It is seriously overpriced here. Nickeled and dimed like crazy. The help and management could care less about the tenants. It is very loud--poor insulation. We received "lease violations" for things WE DID NOT DO!!!! And had no recourse (our word against theirs and they had zero proof. Such as noise complaints that were not from our unit!). The staff is rude and ignore our needs. Our car was even towed when parked LEGALLY! We are a highly educated, hard working, polite family and they treated us like trash. We will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Please look elsewhere.
