The Casa has changed a lot for the better in the last few years. There's a lot of people there who've been there over ten years and the live in manager guy is really nice and he's really eager to make the area a true community. It's an older building and it has a few minor quirks (all the parking is off street, so it's better for people who use the bus or bike to work or school.
