I left Lakeside after a three year tenure and found greener pastures elsewhere in MLT at compareable rates. I assure you there are better communities with greater ammenities than Lakeside. The geese are pests and a liability. Their "leavings" are not maintained by staff, in fact, I have witnessed maintenance feeding the birds, encouraging their habitation on the grounds. My car was one of a dozen cars tagged with spray paint one night. I don not feel safe in the parking lots after dusk. There are no on-site recycling ammenities, you will have to drive down the hill to the city-run facility. Try to avoid this apartment if you can.
