They just jacked up their rents to almost $1000/month for a 2 bedroom. They are nice apartments, but simply not worth that much with the other options around. Office staff is terrible and unfriendly. Reefe Properties owns this complex and has a reputation for just sucking as much money out of people as possible and giving nothing in return. Parking is scarce, pools are filled with unservised teens all summer. i would recommend looking elsewhere for an apartment.
