Apartment Review for Anchor Village Apartments

Donot renthere. Lazy staff, office staff neglected to tell us there was a problem with floor joists above our apt. They knew prior to us moving in and one of the office staff told us specificly after our first complaint "I was wondering when you'd complain". This caused us endless sleepless nites and frustration with theoffice staff. Also Terrible blackmold problems and after repeated calls to the office our bathtub is still peeling we complained of it in January 06 and as of move out in April it is still not fixed. They do not enforce any of the rules, almost hit by skateboarders twice <P>
