We've lived here for three years and are close to signing our next lease. Our maintenance issues are resolved within 48 hours, and they encourage us to call the emergency line 24 hours a day if we do have issues. The manager is also available 24 hours a day if needed to. We've never had anything but a pleasant experience with maintenance or the manager.
The remodel of the pool is taking longer than we had hoped, but when we ask, the manager always gives us updates on it and even shares the details of the upgrade with us.
There is tons of parking on the premises, and it's finally very well lit.
We plan on renewing our lease when it comes due again!
