i'm going to make this short because i'm still prety fired up about these guys.
First they made up a bill called common area cleaning fee for $20 a month five months after i've been living there. It's never cleaned but I still got charged as well as my neighbors, we didn't feel it was right, garbage still roamed are common area and parking lot. It looks nice but its cheaply built, and any scratches your bed makes or a dresser or anything normal wear, they will charge you...i never used the garbage service because when i moved in there were no garbage cans to put my trash so i went to the dump each week and they said that they would not charge me but months and months later i found out i was being charged, i asked for re-imbursment but they said that it was part of the rent, i told them that someone told me that i would not get charged for it and then they pretty much told me that i was a liar in a nice way. My bedroom window was on the side of the apt that had a patch of grass and people who had dogs loved taking their dogs to the grass and have them do their business right next to my window so on hot days when my window was open my room smelled like dog sh!*, i called management and they said as long as it's in the grass its okay...i told them my room smells like a$$ but they didn't care again as long as its in the grass...when i moved out was the fun part...after i cleaned and got it steamed cleaned they said that the apt wasn't clean enough and that they could hire a cleaning crew...they had that planned from the start...even if i did have the place looking perfect they said that the stove top opens and that i left crumbs in there...how am i supposed to know the stove top dis-assembles so it wouldn't of mattered if everything else was good i would still have had the oven issue...the cleaning form they gave me does not state to open the stove top...the customer service is no good and they are not willing to work with you...oh yeah they were a day late on my inspection which was bad because i asked for that day off from work so i can be present when they do the inspection, but how convenient was it for them not to show up or even give me a courtesy call...honestly this is only half of my troubles with HOMES FOR RENT (Rogers Rische)..be aware....really...
