This place has been terrible since about the second month mark. They cater to the navy. The people that live above me have had the police called on them three times that I know of for domestic dispute and the apartment management has taken no action whatsoever. There have been lighting problems so my family doesn't feel safe coming home in the dark. The children have been noisy outside and still, management has done nothing. The towel rack in my second bathroom fell off the wall about the third month here and they have still not fixed it. Half of the outlets in the apartment don't work and if they do, the plugs just fall out of the outlet. The dishwasher, washer/dryer, and the refridgerator are all outdated. But my biggest complaint is when I first signed my lease, considering I wanted a first floor apartment, was that I asked management if I would be able to hear footsteps over my head all the time. Of course their answer was, no. But you may hear some floorboards creak. that's about it. And I don't know what planet they're living on but I can hear the people upstairs all day, every day. The kitchen cabinets offer very limited space. The "extra storage" closet outside is a joke. Parking after your assigned space is a crap shoot. They have garages you can rent for an extra fee per month. And don't let their website fool you. This place is small...small small. The pool is about the size of a minivan, and the exercise room has about four pieces of workout equipment. The hot tub/spa is usually down for repair. The closet space in this place is a joke. And not a very funny one. The only plus I can see living here is the space in the master bedroom. It's not as large as I'm used to but it was enough for a queen bed, two dressers and a computer desk. The repair staff has changed four times since I've lived here. They've just finished painting the exterior and have been bought by a place called Pacific Living. Since they've owned it, it's steadily going down hill. I've lived here for a year and they want to up my rent by $60 whereas the folks who live across the common area have been here for a couple of years and haven't had their rent raised yet. Please....Please look around before you rent here!!!!
