Parking is assigned by number. Management is very approachable. If something needs fixing or improving all that is necessary is a phone call and it will be fixed quickly. Reasonable rent rates, and relatively close to campus and bus lines. Only bad thing -- monster hill to walk up to get to campus. (5 walk max).
