If you are concerned with living in an area with a great office staff to work with then keep looking. The apartments are great but the new management will run this place into the ground if they keep up with the pace they are on.
Landscaping here was beautiful (and still is for the most part) until management neglected to maintain a section for over three weeks and killed off another large area as you enter the grounds. The office staff acts as though you are bothering them when you have a question or concern and replies back in a very negative, defensive tone. They don't follow through with complains and are very difficult to deal with.
Also, if you value your privacy, look elsewhere. They entered our apartment without notice, and when we complained we were given a very cold and sarcastic 'sorry.' Overall the apartments and grounds are great with the exception of the office staff. We will be leaving when our lease is up unless a new office staff is hired.
