hello, iv been doing time @ eagles watch! this is the dumpyest place in puyallup.. the Maintenance man dose not know what he's doing, and they hate to have you make aponitment for Maintenance,they rather just come on in on there own time! but when you do make apointment they never show up on time or call to let you know they are not coming, so you seat around all day waiting for nothing.. then there's the broken down cars, cars without tabs, ect! the other day i watched someone still a black honda right in front of my unit. office didnt even call the police.
if you move in here you will soon hate your self for doing so! parking is uncoverd and very hard on you car! scatches, sun damage, my car as been stolen from here, car tires have been slashed..
they did paint here about 8 months ago "crap brown" on light brown on more brown, but the paint is allready peeling off.. i just got a letter from office "we all did" asking if we have mold in are aprtment! thats funny! they all do, these places are falling apart faster then they can keep them togather!! office has lied to me so many times i don t even talk to them now, you cant believe anthing they say.. please in the name of god dont rent here.. i finally saved anuff money to break out of these ran down shack they call eagles watch, and i wont be looking back!!..
