I rented an apartment here with my wife for 4 months. For the last 2 months a pipe broke in the wall and cause extensive damage and mold growth. I could not get them to do anything to fix it. So we move out and get "lose" our $300 security deposit and are billed an additional $560 for other fees. And we took excellent care of our unit outside of the mold issue. I am now in a battle with collections because I dissagree with the charges. Horrible people, horrible apartment. Steer clear of this one.
