Review Title:   Great Place

I've been here just a bit over a year now. In that time I've asked for several things to be done in and around my apartment. Every time, they were done fast and right. My rent is more than I'd prefer, but then again isn't it always? The location is great, the staff is very professional, my apartment is quiet - I may have heard my neighbors three times in the past year - and I feel very happy and secure. If there's a problem, it's that the trash areas get messy, but that I blame on the tenants. I've watched; the staff empty and clean every one of the (many) trash enclosures every other day, but some people seem to make it their life's work to generate as much garbage as possible, and these seem to be the same ones who've never learned how to open a dumpster (so the trash gets left on the ground). The people who complain? I don't know where they were living, but it doesn't seem to be the same place I do. Yeah, the rent went up this year. It did everywhere else, too. One guy complains about the theater not working? There IS NO theater -- maybe he's confused about where he lives. Same for the guy who complains about parking -- this place has one of the biggest parking lots I've seen at an apartment. And as for not returning the deposit? They CHARGE NO DEPOSIT -- so whatever money they hallucinated they were due is just that: an hallucination. I've heard people complaining sometimes when I've been in the office; guess what? They're the same ones I see leaving trash (and dog poop) on the ground. I guess having to live with the same rules as everyone else in society really is just terribly unfair to them. For the rest of us, who live in reality, this is a great place to do it.
