Sixty 01 is an excellent community for singles and families. Managers are responsive, thorough (I ALWAYS got called back immediately if there was a problem), and readily available. A few things broke or were worn out in my unit, but every problem was taken care of within a day or two with no hassles (and the mantainence guy is friendly and professional).
The complex is old (built in 1972) but grounds and buildings are well-kept and interiors are clean and modern. Security is always seen patrolling the grounds and the gated entry is a real bonus.
There was one incident involving the police while I've been living here, but it was an isolated domestic dispute and the parties responsible were out (evicted?) within a week. This is definately a safe place to raise a family and you don't even have to leave the grounds to get a great meal at the clubhouse restaurant, a cocktail at the Lounge, or play in the park-like grounds.
Worth every penny!
