Ceilings creak even with featherweight neighbors above. They charge skyhigh prices for mediocre apartment, mediocre upkeep and no maintenance. I wish I could deduct a penalty for ignoring maintenance calls. There should be a law that allows this. Then these ****s would get their comeuppance. Avoid at all costs.
