When you move in, things look rosy. When you move out, you get shafted. I know of tenants who were charged up to 1480$ for cleaning and such. There is talk going on about a class action lawsuit again the property.

If you work for Microsoft, look at the old mails in "MS Social Group" or ask someone who has them to forward them to you. You will be shocked at what you read.
