Apartment Review for Riverside Apartments

This is pretty much the worst apartments I have ever seen. I have no idea where those high scores come from. The hallway and the stairs are very dirty and have spider webs everywhere. The wall is cracking and the plumb is leaking. The management likes to promise things that end up never happed. Can not be trusted. <P>
The water bill will surprise you after you move it. It is average $90 for two people and $60 for one person. You are not metered by your own usage but the average of the complex. What's worst? They just installed a bunch of sprinkler systems and use YOUR MONEY to water the grass. I have no problem helping watering the plants. However, due to the poor design, most of the water goes directly to the ground. What a waste of my money. <P>
Also, they are raising rents every couple months. Some of my neighbors already got ****** off and moved out. I am out of there this month. My advice to you is do not even consider this apartments. <P>
