Apartment Review for The Colony At Bear Creek

I would not recommend this apartment. My best advice to someone thinking of living here is to come at night and on the weekend and see what it is like then. At night after 8pm it is impossible to find parking anywhere. Not just near your apartment, but within a 5 to 10 minute walk from it. I pay to live here, but cant park here? Also the parking spaces are not a standard width. Most of the spaces are so narrow that you cant get out of your car without your door hitting the car next to you even if both cars are perfectly parked between the lines. On the weekend especially there is frequent police activity. The residents here are mostly Mexicans. The problem with parking is not helped by the fact that there appears to be very many apartments with several Mexican families living in one. The condition of the apartment would best be described as old and run down. All the appliances need to be replaced. You can get so much more for your money. <P>
