Seems like they've got money and don't know where to put them. Ongoing "Renovation" means 7am road drilling. 4 day no car access to apartment due to asphalt coating. *NO* concern for consumer needs. Remodeled units do have new appliences, but the units themselves are just paited over. Management tries to rip you off. Prepare to leave your deposit with them when moving out. <P>
