Apartment Review for Trails Of Redmond

All I hear is creaking floors and loud footstomps above me all day and night. It's like nails on a chalkboard; I'm going crazy and management won't do anything. They won't even let us transfer to an identical apartment without considerably increasing the rent and paying a fee. The people above us had 6 adults+kids living in a 2 bedroom apartment and management did not care as long as they get their money. I swear they make you live with the torture until you are forced to move out and pay the lease termination fee, maybe they will see us in small claims about that, I've been doing some research.
