Policies and rules that are enforced change with each change in management. Getting repairs done is almost impossible. Always say that they are short of staff. Office says that staff is on vacation but I don't believe that their repair people get that many vacation hours. They need to hire more repair people. Neighbors are good. Buildings are old and show their age. If you aren't careful mildew can be a problem. The office will say that you caused the problem.
