The management like to harass those rule following tenants but tend to ignore those who are causing real problems. For instant, they like to give tickets that warns about towing their cars to those unit who just own one or two cars that are parking in the correct spots because the management thinks they are parking there for too long, but never really tow away those units that own like 4 or 5 cars and park at the firelane or doubling parking that block everyone else access all the time.
