Car break-ins are common. One evening my car got broken into as well as at least one other car with damage and the stereos were stolen. I have never seen the security patrolling the area, if there is any. I have walked from the clubhouse in the evening to my apartment and have seen young men trying to break into the cars that were parked there, right in front of the office. The floorplan I looked at prior to moving in did not show that the master bedroom has no windows but does have a sliding glass door with a public walkway leading right to it. Summer was torture and we were forced to leave this cracked which is very unsafe. The management ent'd w/o my permission, after I specifically stated and had it in writing that no one was to enter unless someone was at home. The apartment was not unclean when we moved in. Drug deals are very common in parking lot.
