I have never been late on my rent in ten years of renting apartments and houses, and have always had my deposit returned at end of renting. Not only did I not get deposit back, but the manager charged me an extra $400, this after saying she was going to charge me $2000 to replace carpet. Suddenly it was down to $600 when I asked to take pictures of stains like popcicles, crayola washable markers, and normal in and out carpet ware, which the deposit should have covered. This apt was around 900 sq ft, so this is rediculous. Also my neighbor downstairs constantly complained about my two young, well behaved children's noise which was just normal playing, and sometimes just walking around. The construction of the place makes it impossible to relax in peace. Oh, and my brother's truck was stolen when he came for Christmas even though the cameras were pointed at it. Hm, wonder why. And there was never any parking, so if you park on the side walk, you get a tow threaten. Worst renting experience ever.
