To many problems to list them all. If you value sleep, your vehicle, peace and quiet, your own space, respectable people (including children), then keep on looking, you'll find none of that here. I wish I'd taken a closer look before I signed. Much regret!! Noisey all day and night. Alot of abandoned vehicles, limits parking, but heck, with high rate of stolen vehicles you may not have to worry about that for long. Contracted private security is mostly off-duty police officers working a second job. They are great when they're here, but they watch alot of other places too, so they aren't actually on-site nearly enough. But with the high crime rate, you actually get the on-duty Seatac officers in here alot anyway. It's great if you like the "free shows" i.e. the domestic fights, drug dealers, and hey, we even had a high speed police chase right outside our bedroom window at 11pm one night. Now that's cheap entertainment. It's best to be bilingual, because english speaking people are a minority here. It's not a bad thing, it's just that the most pleasant people here are sometimes difficult to communicate with. Example: Our very sweet upstairs neighbor had a broken toilet, it was difficult to question him about the repairs that were needed in his apartment after sewage dripped onto our heads twice!! (Not his fault maintenance couldn't fix it right the first time.) Managers lack sufficient concerns for tenants. They are only concerned with getting the rent checks and getting the leases signed. The complex has litter all over the place. My apartment developed mold because of poor quality construction. Feel free to drive by and take a look, just keep the bullet-proof windows in the "up" position at all times during the ride... and check out all your options before signing any lease. Good Luck!!
