There are mixed reviews on the office and maintenance staff, but agree that maintenance keeps the apartments clean and is willing to fix any problems efficiently, from replacing screens to water heaters. Tenants find themselves in the middle of the west side of Lake Union and can easily head north towards Gas Works Park or south to view the Museum of History & Industry. Berkshires on Elliott, formerly Elliott Bay Plaza, is located at the edge of the Puget Sound in the heart of downtown Seattle, off the 99 and near I-5. The complex is next door to Argosy University and the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology; Antioch University, Golden Gate University, Cornish College of the Arts, and Seattle University are all within a couple miles. Belltown Market provides tenants with convenient grocery shopping. Although the location is nice, tenant reviews feel the complex has gone downhill under new management, with a lack of noise control and infrequent pest control, though the concerns have been brought to the attention of maintenance.
