This place was a good place to live in with some disappointing factors.
1. Noise problems with no action taken to correct problems.
2. Cleaning expectations are beyond above normal at time of moving out. Landlords put apon tenents the deep cleaning that they should be do for next tenent. And if anything is not done according to deep cleaning list with exact specifications deposit is not returned. How do you clean the outside of your windows when you are on the top floor with no balcony?
3. Facts are not disclosed to tenent until time of moving out. Example: See number 2.
4. No attempt to help the tenent with mantenance when it doesn't fit the 6 to 2 office time. Very hard to reach anyone.
Other than the above things, this place was very well taken care of and clean. Thanks to the previous tenent (obviously).
