I laundry has newer machings and a newer porcelin tile floor. Approximately half for the apartments have hardwood floors. I have foulf this area to be quite safe and secure. Management has an apartments, which thay occupy during the business day, thus they are easy to report problems to. I have found them to be polite and effecient.
