My boyfriend lived in these apartments for 6 months, and while Paris is a great landlord, he doesn't get enough financial support from his bosses to do this property justice. It needs some remodel and upgrades. The location is fantastic, but parking is a hassle--good for a downtown commuter who doesnt' need a car. And sorry, but the pot-smoke issue is true, as well as strong cooking odors. This is a very old building, not well ventilated. Also...the radiators make an incredible amount of noise in the early am in winter, if you are a light sleeper!
