Review for Overlook At Magnolia Apartments

Bottom line- The new management is not much different from the Metric crooks. They both lie, cheat and steal. The maintenance people from Metric were awful. I honestly don't know about the new maintenance crew from Weider. The 'new' management withheld $200.00 from my deposit that should have been refunded. Barbara is a liar and a cheat. It is against the law to withhold money for normal wear and tear. Barb fabricated a cleaning bill after I cleaned the carpets and vaccuumed, dusted and etc. I've talked to a few people that had similar experience with Metric and Weider.
