Now in my 7th year here and it has been alright. But now Seattle's ultimate slumlord,Ray Russo, has taken over and things are predictable.I have waited 3 months for my kitchen hot water to be repaired, stayed home from work twice and no one showed up. Friends who moved out aren' t getting deposits back and rent has gone up 40% in the last 6 months since he bought the property. If you can point your finger at a handful of scumbags who really bring down the quality of life in Seattle I don't see how anyone could miss Ray Russo. He owns alot of property in Seattle under different management companies and he is simply a guy who exploits everyone to the greatest amount possible with no responsibility. And this jerk is on Seattle University's board of regents! The Catholic Church should have to answer for that one.
