Apartment Review for Balfour Place Apartments

When I moved into my apartment none of my appliances worked, but that wasn't the only thing in my apartment that was broken. The paint and moldings on the wall are cracking off and the floor is missing pieces. The hallways always smell funky from people leaving the garbage just about everywhere except in the dumpsters at the back of the building. I also think its a pain to have to walk my garbage all the way to the back of the building and then around the front if you dont have a car but I do it (they dont give garage access to you if you dont pay for a space-- garage access gets you in the building from the back). The neighbors arent the friendliest people-- most of them are druggies. There's a fire here or at least an alarm almost every other day (usually around 2 oclock in the morning so I hope you sleep with your clothes on and your keys next to the door). And the walls are anything but sound proof. My neighbor likes to play their music or video game or whatever on full volume until 6 am. There's crackheads everywhere even though this place is under new management. And homeless people are always out front begging for money.
