I have lived at Charbonneau for two years. I have loved it. The management is not terrible, despite what other reviewers have said. Concha, Kevin, and the maintenance staff have been very responsive to problems. The location is great, the inside of the building is beautiful newly remodeled, and the building and the parking garage are secure. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to other people. My only complaint is that the free wifi is very, very slow in the evenings because so many people are using it at the same time so don't expect to be able to stream Netflix in the evening. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say. I get the feeling that reviewers who leave very negative reviews weren't good tenants. If you have a problem, the management will work with you to resolve it.

Concha the manager is inept..Nothing gets done. I had a car parked in my reserved spot...She did nothing..I signed a new lease,she made a $100 error and wanted me to split it 50/50..I told he **** no. She said she didn'l like my attitude. I was flooded out of my 1st apartment and had to move at my own expense. Stay away from this place. I'm out when my lease is up..
