Apartment Reviews for Citi Gate Apartments - Seattle

I read some of the other reviews and I am bewildered.I think the apartment management is great, responsive and easy to work with. The locations is wonderful, easy walk to everything,including to the bus and transit center. My apartment is reasonably priced, comfortable and the complex is well maintained. The neighbors keep to themselves but are a nice mix of people. The street parking can be pain for guests, but it has never been an big issue for me. I feel safe here and secure buildings are only as secure as the residents keep them. I really enjoy living here and recommend it.

It is a quiet complex. Great office and maintnance staff. Only 1 reserved parking spot, but OK parking on the street. It is nice to walk to Target and other stores by the Northgate Mall.

If it wasn't for the fact that I have to move due to the lack of being to continue to pay the current rent with my future roommate, and the size of the kitchen, I would continue living here. The new manager is awesome and tries very hard to make tenants happy and to know your name. The rest of the office staff....well leaves a little to be desired, but they are ok. The Maintenance guys are pretty cool and are always coming in a quick amount of time to fix any problems and are overall good guys. The noise level... well you can hear quite a bit and it kinda sucks being on the bottom floor. The people here are nice though, so it's fine. Yeah parking sucks for visitors, but since I have been here, there has been maybe one car stolen. Overall i like it here. Not to mention that everything you need buses, food, or otherwise is within a five minute or so walk.

Having recently becomeing the property manager of Citigate, the two reviews in July are most likely from a un-pleasant tenant. Always paying late, dis-respecting and disturbing all the other tenants, this tenant moved out in July, leaving a mess inside the apartment, over-stuffing the trash bins and owing of $1800 in rents, damage and bills, I am disappointed in the comments posted.
