Situated near Lake Washington, tenants have a short walk to all lakeside activities and the exercise that the surrounding parks afford. For sports lovers, Husky Stadium is just 5 miles away. A variety of grocery shopping is available down Lake City Way, including Fred Meyer, Grocery Outlet, Pacific Market, and Kilimanjaro Market. Although the units are affordable and the location is advantageous, reviews stated that the apartments were not well maintained and many of the fixes were temporary.
