Apartment Review for Cosmopolitan

Do not ever rent this apartment. This apartment has extremely bad customer service. The maneger( TIFFANY) need to be fired immediately!!!!!!!!!!! The heater in my apartment is always broken. I talked with the manager many times but she never ask someone to fix it. Result: My brother must go to emergency room because of lung problem: the apartment is too cold to live <P>
