Apartment Reviews for Cosmopolitan
Bad Service, High Prices

Luckily, I only signed a 6 month lease when I moved in to this place. The lease came with a 1/2 month free, and they assured me that a similar deal would be in place when my lease expired. Of course, it wasn't.

When I moved in, there were still things that needed to be fixed in my apartment. Despite me bugging them, some of these things were not fixed before I moved out. The screen door to the "courtyard" did not work because the older building is warped. The bathroom floor was stained because they didn't change the tile from when it was a hotel despite the fact that it was an "all new" studio.

I lived on an apartment on the ground floor of the "courtyard". The door to the courtyard was never closed and locked properly, meaning that people were walking outside of my apartment all hours of the day.

When I moved out, I was charged for a professional cleaning and told that this was company policy despite the fact that the entire apartment had been cleaned. Needless to say, this was stated no where in the lease. Futhermore, they charged me some for a repair and when I asked Tiffany for more information about this, she told me that it was to check lightbulbs and appliances.
