Apartment Review for Dexter Lake Union

-The office staff is friendly enough, but there is little sense of urgency to address problems.
-Many thoughtless, loud residents. Some are just pigs and don't care about the common areas, they throw cigarette butts all over and allow their dogs to wander, leashless, in the hallways.
-The fire alarm goes off, for no reason, all the time. The last time was at 2:30 in the AM.
-Vandalism and break ins in a SECURED garage, and management doesn't seem to care. They said that CAN'T hire security. Can't? Or WON'T?
-Poorly designed and built with cheap workmanship.
-Rather overpriced for the area and amenities.
