Apartment Review for Dexter Lake Union

Do not move here. currently there is no security in the apartment complex except the gated look which anyone can follow you in any time. I called the main office about my car get keyed over the weekend, and also notice other vehicle having the same scratch mark on their car. From talking to my neighbor about my car being keyed, I’ve actually find out there have been several break in attempt from the span of 4 months. The apartment not even informs me about it. During the day people would go to work and the thief would ask their girl friend to knock on the door and see who if anybody in the apt. If there is no response then the girl would informed the guy in the car to do the break in while the girl is waiting in the car for a quick getaway. My neighbor called the main office but they are so slow to response they can’t even catch the people in the gated community. When I ask what the apartment is going to do about security, they flat out told me there is no security in the apartment complex, no security patrol for a big apt complex like here. The previous people mention here, they charged crazy fees for Comcast 40 dollars each month and they also ask you to pay 7 dollars for each nail hole when moving out. People that live around me are moving out, as for me I will have to try to find a way to break the lease and move out asap.
