Berkshires on Elliott, formerly Elliott Bay Plaza, is located at the edge of the Puget Sound in the heart of downtown Seattle, off the 99 and near I-5. The complex is next door to Argosy University and the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology; Antioch University, Golden Gate University, Cornish College of the Arts, and Seattle University are all within a couple miles. Belltown Market provides tenants with convenient grocery shopping. Although the location is nice, tenant reviews feel the complex has gone downhill under new management, with a lack of noise control and infrequent pest control, though the concerns have been brought to the attention of maintenance.
