Apartment Review for Fountain Court

The place looks nice from the office, but as you get into the building, you see the blood and bio matter smeared on the scratched and untouched up walls. The white kitchens are now yellow from grease expousure and not being cleans for long periods of time. The maint staff are great but can only speak a little english. The office people are ok, but nothing more. The security of the property is lame because the residents prop the outer gates and building security doors open for their arriving guests all the time. The fountain drop off area is always a fight to use, and the fountain itself is septic. I was forced outdue to it going condo, which I find out later on didn't happen.
