The building management really only cares about one thing - money. Shocking I know. But really, the building is falling apart. Leaks that don't get fixed or take forever to get fixed. A front door that does not close, despite the fact that the building is supposed to be secure. A laundry room that is gross. Oh and if you are late with the rent they charge $150 for a late fee. Even if you are a day late...For $900 you get little over 400 square feet, no modern appliances, and by far the smallest bathroom I have ever seen, outside of an airplane.
