I lived at the Madison Court Apartment for over 4 years. It was a great place to live. You're on the edge of where everything is happening and available, 24/7, and can walk away from the madness whenever you wanted. The management was excellent in my opinion. If anything went wrong (plumbing/electrical) they were on the spot! Management also sponsors roof top picnics with good food as an appreciation of tenants. The roof has a spectatular view of the city available to tenants...like the old song "Up On The Roof"! Parking is tuff in the area but private parking is available in the building for a fee.Most of the tenants are students but friendly and respectful...I played my music louder than most of them! I moved to SHAG (cheaper senior). I'm rethinking that decision cause I really miss the vitality of the area and building.
